Chef Anthony’s Tuna Tartare shopping ingredients and recipe.

Preparing for two

Ingredients

0.5 lb of tuna stake! est is Bluefin Tuna!

Yellow fin tuna may be used

2 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

1 Teaspoon  of soy sauce 

1 Teaspoon of sesame seeds oil

1 lime
1 oz, of pistacchio
1 pinch white pepper
1 pinch of salt

Raspberries for garnish

Kitchen Utensils

Cutting board 

Microplane grater

Potato masher/ricer or large fork

Small trays, bowls, or plates to hold food

Chef chopping knife (sharp)

Fillet knife (Sharp)

Kitchen ring or a square shape for palting the tartare.

Mixing spoon

Directions

  1.  Dicing  the thuna with the chef knife in little cubes!

  2. Mixing with a kitchen spoon and adding, soya sauce, salt , white pepper, extra virgin olive oil and half squeezed lime! 

  3. Testing and adjusting  if needed

  4. Fine chopping the pistacchio

Serve on the plate using  the ring, drop some extra virgin  olive oil and garnish with pistacchio on the top and some raspberries. Use some fine  sliced lime to better preent  the dish.
