  • Grilled squid flavored with thyme, Treviso Radicchio and raw marinated langoustines scampi in Modena balsamic vinegar.

  • Peppered mussels with tomato and ginger scent.

  • Sea bream carpaccio with citrus fruits and pink pepper.

  • Trio of cicchetti alla veneziana - Whipped cod fish and plums, Prawns in soar, marinated amberjack and sour fruits.

  • Canocchie marinated in mustard or baked au gratin
