  • Peppered mussels with tomato and ginger scent.

  • Sea bream carpaccio with citrus fruits and pink pepper.

  • Trio of cicchetti alla veneziana - Creamed cod and plums, Prawns in saor, marinated amberjack and sour fruit.

  • Canocchie marinated in mustard or baked au gratin
