    is heady: elegant hints of field white flowers and chamomile open in almond accents and toasted bread.

    is mouth filling, fine and fresh with notes of peppermint and coffee finish.

    VINIFICATION: soft pressing with very low yields.
    FIRST FERMENTATION: autochthonous yeast (free-run must).
