Agronomic techniques:
thinning of the bunches during the month ofAugust so that the grapes reach maturity well and with greaterextraction power. Selected harvest of the grapes by hand.Winemaking techniques: maceration in steel for 15-20 days with
temperature control. This is followed by an ageing of about a year in
new and second passage French oak barriques during which
malolactic fermentation takes place. Refinement in bottle for at least
48 months before release.
Possibility of ageing: the interesting balance and the powerful
structure of this wine make it suitable for a long ageing.
