The Chef

Hello, dear readers!

I’d like to share with you in this first blog post why I started this business. Future blog posts will cover the activities I offer to my customers.

For more than 22 years, I have been a cook and then a Chef. I started my career in a seafood restaurant between the provinces of Padova and Venezia, where I learned the basics of the traditional Venetian seafood specialties. Later, I moved near Padua to learn the basics of traditional Veneto cuisine: wild game, mushrooms, and different kinds of meats and cuts.

I have been fortunate to work with two excellent professional chefs, Chef Valerio Miola and Chef Nico Pretin. Chef Valerio taught me to understand the traditions of Italian cooking, and Chef Nico showed me the evolution of innovative Italian cuisine.

Since then, I have run many restaurants and opened a few new ones in Italy. Adriana, the owner of Ristorante La Colombina in Venezia, has been an important mentor. Under her guidance, I improved my cuisine and found many new ways to impress my guests and leave them with wonderful memories. We still collaborate at her restaurant in Venezia.

After that, I decided to embrace a new adventure: working abroad and at sea. For nearly seven years, I served as a chef on luxury cruise ships. Most of that time was with Disney Cruise Line, a well-known part of the Walt Disney Company. I had the pleasure of delighting thousands of guests with my cooking, leaving them with magical tastes on their palates and unforgettable moments and memories.

My goal is to create this magic for all of my guests.
