Your Private Chef will be there with his team to fully cater your holiday – including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All meals will be curated using only the finest and highest quality certified kosher ingredients and are served with the finest Italian wines (mevushal and not) and spirits handpicked by Chef Anthony himself. You will be served by a professional waiting staff consisting of one to three waiters depending on the number of guests. For Shabbat will be prepared on the buffet with hot plates and special meals of the Italian Jewish community will be the highlights. Hot water will be available for your any time tea or coffee. Guests can also request concierge services in advance. In addition, any specific dietary requirements, food allergies or any other specific requests will be taken into consideration as well and he will be happy to accommodate when possible.

In the winter months this designated UNESCO World Heritage site is considered one of the leading ski resorts in Italy and is truly a skier’s paradise! You’ll enjoy On-Piste to Off-Piste Skiing that, thanks to a private snowcat mobile, will have you there in just five minutes! You will also have use of a private slope nearby where you can experience night skiing by torches or you can opt to ski on one of three world level competition slopes – which just so happen to be the Ski World Cup slopes! With 1200km of slopes, the Dolomites is a dream destination for skiers from around the globe. And don’t worry – even if you aren’t a skier there are plenty of non-ski related activities – such as dog sledding, snowshoeing and much, much more.

You’ll start each of your days with a hearty and scrumptious dairy breakfast consisting of a continental buffet featuring a daily breakfast cake, authentic cheeses and salmon, fresh parve croissants baked daily, dunnarts and an array of freshly squeezed juices. You may also request made-to-order eggs, omelets or the daily frittata special. Lunch can be served at the chalet, or you may request it to go and includes freshly made sandwiches with delicious snacks – both of which you can stow in your backpack to take on the ski slopes or even for a picnic in the warmer weather.
